Before & after school, 2-hour delays, early release & school closings

St. John’s Hilltop provides before and after school care for children in elementary school. This program is available Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. until school starts and after school until 5:30 p.m. following the Eastwood Local Schools schedule. If school is closed all children must have a lunch or be picked up by 11:30 a.m. It is a loosely structured program that provides free time and planned activities as well as time for a daily nutritional snack provided by the parent.  Parents need to provide individually packaged snacks for the children for snack each day as required by the ODJFS nutritional requirements. 2-12-22APXA.pdf (ohio.gov)

The purpose of our School Age program is to provide a comfortable environment that children look forward to attending, one that is both fun and challenging. The goal is to enhance self-esteem, support children’s social development as individuals and as members of a group, and to encourage creativity through activities that support interest levels and enhance cognitive skills.
